At House of Miniatures, every piece of art is custom-made with love and care. Because of the nature of our handcrafted work, we have a transparent and fair return and refund policy to ensure the best experience for our customers.


Order Cancellations

Once you place your order, our artists begin creating your artwork immediately to ensure it is fresh and personalized just for you.

For this reason, we do not accept cancellations after a certain point. However, if you’ve changed your mind, you may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order, and we will process a full refund.

⚠️ Note: Some of our exclusive handmade products may only be available online and in limited quantities. These are subject to our standard return policy below.


Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we are happy to accept a return.

To initiate a return:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Send an email to houseofminiatures065@gmail.com with your Order Number in the subject line and attach clear pictures or unboxing videos of the product.

  3. Keep the product in its original condition and packaging.

  4. Once approved, you’ll need to ship the item to our return address.

🔁 Please note: You are responsible for safe packaging and ensuring the product reaches us undamaged. Returns that arrive broken, scratched, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

After we receive and inspect the product:

  • If it is in perfect condition, your refund will be approved.

  • If damages are found, we will share photo/video proof, and no refund will be issued.

  • This process may take 2–3 weeks to complete.

Note: Only one return request per order is allowed.
💸 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for return.


Replacement Policy

If your artwork arrives damaged or has a quality issue, or you receive the wrong artwork or frame color, we will replace it free of charge.

Steps to request a replacement:

  1. Contact us at houseofminiatures065@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos that clearly show the issue.

  3. We will confirm and arrange a pickup of the product.
    If pickup is not possible, we will ask you to ship the artwork to our address.

  4. Keep the product in its original packaging and condition.

Once received:

  • We will assess the returned item for any additional damage.

  • If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 3 working days.

Important: Replacements are only accepted once per order. If we are notified after 48 hours of delivery, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
